"This is a great piece of research which I've been pouring over. I believe that Jacob Lucian Parker(my great grandfather) was a son of James Leander Parker, and part of this family group. Thanks to you and James David Parker for assistance."
"Clyde Lucian Parker is sometimes shown as a son of Jacob and Antha/Annie. m.MYRA Bates later?
What I have is from ancestry.com:Jacob Lucian Parker b.1851 m.1889 Myra Bates b.1871

"I would like to join this group. I'm looking for the family of my great grandfather Jacob Parker who was born in Coles County around mid 1800's. He was married to Amie Hamilton, born in Braddford, Iowa. His son, Clyde Lucien Parker was…"
"Connie, It has been a long time since I've been on the board here. Last year you were the one that opened up my whole Parker line when you identified my great grandmother Dollie Parker, I am so appreciative! I was wondering if…"
"I went there and my line has been omitted from William - I have done all 3 of the current dna tests - ancestry.com/ 23& me / & FTdna and have matched others ! Do a test you will love seeing your documented work being proven by dna"
"I've been in touch with the YORK family from Hamshire County, WV. Several descendents of Joshua YORK b. 1756 match my/our DNA even closer than descendents of Elder John. They suspected for some time that they were not YORKS.…"
"I know right! wow means a lot of my father's stories are coming back in color and the doubts of this generation vanquished. I cry thinking of Grampa John William Austin not knowing what we now know about his family."
"yDNA confirms James b.1752 m.Anna Doty is related to Elder John b.1758 MD also Robert b.1630s Barnstable, a close match with a Thomas, Elisha, John, Richard, Asher, Aaron, George...and I found this in ancestry.com
Connie, It has been a long time since I've been on the board here. Last year you were the one that opened up my whole Parker line when you identified my great grandmother Dollie Parker, I am so appreciative! I was wondering if you use the name Connie Paddock on Family Tree DNA, I've been tested there as well. I was going to see if you are on my list of matches on family finder if you did that test there. I was thinking of doing the test on Ancestry too, did you like that one? Hope all is well with you!
Hi Connie-The Parkers are such a well documented family. That is so nice for a change! I wanted to let you know, I think we are related. So far, I've found that Jonathan Pleasant Parker is my 3rdggfather and that his brother Samuel is my 4th ggfather. Isn't that nifty?
Connie-Everything is falling into place. I couldn't have figured this out without you. Jonathon Parker is my great, great grandfather. Now is my favorite part. Going backwards in time, finding out all the history. I am so excited to find this site and to learn all I can about the Parkers. I can't thank you enough.
We haven't been part of a census or dna matching that I know of. Who does that? And would my 3 sons and 2 grandsons be even more "perfect"? Uncle Wayne had five girls. My Uncle Bradley has a son Quanah. My brother Robert Lynn has a boy. Brother Rob was a wrestler as Parker Perfect in the local "league" but don't think it meant the same. Hope I haven't bothered you too much, we thank you for all the info!
