Sept. 16, 2012 I see that you have Duplin NC ancestors. Would you know of any Merritt ancestors (ca. 1790-1830+) family of older HOH Gabriel who died Sampson or Duplin Co. area ca. 1810 and left a widow Sarah nee? Parker. She had additional children, then moved them all to Georgia where son Richard Garrison Parker was born ca. 1833. He was found later in Early Co. Georgia.
If any of the above is familiar, please advise at my page here at PH or my email pandjparker@msn.com. Thanks.

John Grumbine said… Hi David, After 2 years I have convinced my cousin Jimmy Parker to take a Y-DNA Test and so far no other Parker groups match ours. Would you be
willing to take the DNA testing? -John Grumbine
