Hello, Kathy Jo Bryant - I see that you are a member of the Parker Heritage interest group composed of YDNA tested males matched into the Parker Surname YDNA Project Family Group #7 and affiliates.. I would like to learn more about your background. I assume your male relative's results are posted on the Project site? Could you direct me to it, perhaps with a P number?

Johnny Taylor said… Back in 2008 you posted about the family of Samuel Parker and Sarah Beckerdite ... I'd like to communicate with about that posting. I'm brand new to the Parker Heritage site so is it okay to ask to exchange emails via our private addr or do we communicate solely via the site? If private emails are okay, mine is johnt@genwebsite.com. Thanks, Johnny
William Raymond Parker, Jr said… I have ties to Parkers in Northampton County, NC. My father was born and raised there. I have recently begun researching my family tree to see how far back I can go. My grandfather was Willie Marion Parker. His father was William T. Parker. His father was Marcus Lafayette Parker, who served with the Confederacy in the Civil war. To this point I have not found much beyond him. Any help would be much appreciated.
