He was married to Caroline Rogers born 1848 in LA and as of 1880 census had 2 childern 1) Hawley Ann, my ggrandmother who married Thomas Works in 1887 and 2)Sophronia age 3 at the time. Her name on the census was spelled Sephronia but I believe that was an error. I believe he was remarried in 1897 to Nancy Gilmore but can not be sure it is the same person. - My Great Grandmother was Hawley Ann Parker daughter of Franklin Parker son of Dr John N. Parker who started the first post office in what is now known as Nash Texas.
