James Rufus O'Quinn and Orlena Parker

I need to prove the marriage of J. R. O'Quinn and Orlena Parker, as I must have this info to join DRT. Everything else I need seems to be falling into place. DRT is refusing to take records from recent books about the Parker family. Can anyone help me find the marriage certificate? I have searched the Latter Day Saints website, but found nothing there.
